Plastic Fabrications
We make use of design program Rita 2.3 for the design of cylindrical and rectangular non pressurized tanks. This program also authenticates cylindrical square and rectangular ducting. The Rita 2.0 program utilizes the Deutscher Verband fur Schweiben und verwandte Verfahren (DVS) standards for the design basis. Our personnel are Plastic Federation approved welders and fabricators.
Fibre Glass Work
Vessels are designed to BS 4994 -1987. Our laminators have a wealth of experience with the application of fibre glass.
Piping
Welding of pipelines are according to SABS 0268 or DVS standards. Pressure testing of the installed pipelines and sample weld testing can be undertaken as per the clients requirements.
Process Design
We offer full process design on our range of air scrubbers and degassers.
Structural Design
The structural design of tanks, scrubbing towers, and general fabrication items is carried out by our design partners. Detailed calculations and professional indemnity is available upon request.
